wah i did ALOT of things today ah!
first, i bought & brought a birthday cake to sch to celebrate zhilong's birthday. before that, i rubbed my right eye abit and suddenly my contact lens went missing!! well, didnt bother to look for it since its about time to change a new pair.
then after the celebration, i went to watch the simpsons movie with zhilong engpeng mike & yuanle! damn funny show i tell you!! but 1.5hr is just a little too short la. anyway, went to RP with mike to watch some basketball matches and check out the campus for abit. really spacious inside! i was thinking that RP student could ride on a scooter inside the campus, if the school allows them to! lols.
went home straight after watching the exciting basketball matches. i fell asleep on the bus, its been 236198yrs since the last time i did. here comes the interesthing!! my contact lens magically appeared in my right eye after 8hrs!! omgwtfbbq!!

met shuyang & stephanie before going to dance just now. went to enjoy air-con at the club house for awhile. (our club house stinks!) guess what? they gave me a big hand while i was summer-cleaning the club house!! thanks to both of them, our pool club club house is much tidier than before!! a big THANKS to shuyang & stephanie!!
we have completed our rhumba routine today! dont know what are we gonna do on the next lesson. approximately one month to the competition and i havent gotten a pair of dance shoes yet! sighs. when will i have enough money for that? by the way, many of us think that sharon is a better teacher than melvin. haha!!
watched sunsets with pearl just now. at 2:30am. so romantic. hahahaha!

思覺失調 Early Psychosis
思想失調是一系列認知、感官、情緒症狀的統稱，通常在青少年及早期成年期發病的一種精神症狀，主要症狀包括幻覺和妄想。如不及早醫治，可能發展成精神分裂症或其他重性精神病。思覺失調患者的特徵如下：
- 反常的情緒反應。包括長期或嚴重抑鬱，情緒高漲、反覆或變得冷淡和遲鈍，部分患者會有暴力或自殺念頭
- 認知上有偏差。包括妄想，（如被迫害、自大、思想被入侵等）、思想凌亂、欠缺組織、語言貧乏
- 感官功能上的混亂。即聽覺、視覺、觸覺上出現幻覺
- 生活習慣失調。如飲食習慣失調、失眠或睡眠時間混亂、疏於自理、失去動力以至學業倒退
- 社交能力降低。如退縮、難以跟別人溝通、感到被孤立
