went to SAFRA Jurong with my bunkmates after the division event at Jurong Camp this morning. first time enjoying the club facilities after holding the card for half a year! haha! their swimming is not very big but it definitely is fun to swim in!! there is this children's pool where there are various pails on top that pours water down periodically!!

after the swim and lunch, we went to the lan shop at the basement! and i played Left 4 Dead!!!! WEEE WEEEE~~!!

Left 4 Dead is so amazingly exciting!! LOL!! i played this awesome game of the year for the first time today and i got so involved in the game that i was shouting/screaming my ass off the whole of the campaign!! those cheapo zombies that rush out suddenly like diarrhea and those hunters and witches are just too exciting for me who havent played first person shooter games in quite awhile!! and of course, L4D is a game that must be played in a lan shop with a few friends!! that's what it takes to make the game so exciting!! haha!!

went to serangoon garden last night with ep, zl & chak just to eat ASTONS, because there wouldnt have long queue like what u see at The Cathay and the price is also not what u see at The Cathay. i ordered rib eye steak with potato salad, they give the potato like free like that, eat until i damn full! haha!

and here comes the funniest line of the night! when we were ordering our food i ask ep how he want his steak to be done and he said..

"medium rare 的就好..."

watched the movie "葉問" (Ip Man) with ZL, EP & chak just now. it has been a really long time since i last watched a movie. the last movie i watched was.... i dont even remember! anyway, the movie is damn nice, i give 5stars to 甄子丹 (Donnie Yen), for the fighting scenes! unlike many other action films with lousy story line, this movie has a smooth story line, smooth but a little boring though.

and EP was lame enough too say that 'IP man' (IP aka Internet Protocol, pronounced as ai-pee) is the father of internet and blah blah blah.. LOL!!

went to celebrate ernest's birthday on thursday at this pub called 'ma■t■n ent■■t■■■m■nt' which was recommended by ah ron because it closes at 6am.. eddie and kk even took a day off from their national slavery service to show face!!

anyway, we ordered martell as usual.. however, the martell they gave us was not the martell we used to drink..

im back from johor!! the trip was kinda fun!! despite the fact that there were some traffic jams at the customs.

it was already 10pm when we reached our first destination, a very happening and big pub (forgot the name) with all the clubbin hits but dance floor. cute and well-dressed waitresses were everywhere! ernest's sis told me that if we aint have so many females around, the cute waitressed will accompany us instead. lol! we ordered 6 bucket of beer and alot of 'lok lok' (bbq/steamed/fried/grilled food on a stick; see also satay) from a lorry? on the roadside. they even brought their home-made salad and oatmeal prawn there! imagine you are doing this in singapore? omg! didnt eat much as i was told that there will be a second round going on. left the place at 12+.

some delays here. ernest's sis lost her parking ticket and was fined RM$30. heng not SGD$30. haha. the second round was 'duty free'. it was a club+bar call 'lush'. it aint no ordinary place! although bar is outside the club, with the 2 very powerful speakers, it was actually an outdoor club with tables & chairs but dance floor. lol! we ordered a bottle of martell (1 litre) and a carlsberg tower. holy crap! luckily my mum bought insurance for me. haha. one bad point of this place is that they close at 3am. tsk tsk.

now, this is kinda stupid. there were some idiots playing with the fire extinguisher at the car park not long before we were there. the whole corridor was foggy and full of carbon-monoxide (or is it carbon-dioxide?). damn! now i really need to have a life insurance.

talkin a about insurance, i remember one night when i was on my way home, there was this prudential (that insurance company) road show thingy going on at compasspoint and there was this girl (actually she is older than me) stopped me and ask me about my opinions on the GST hike. very soon after all those kinda stupid questions she asked me to do a survey for her and dragged me to a table. now, she finally reveals her identity. she is actually one of the many exquisitely disguised salesgirls that will pester you for days and nights to get a deal on insurance.

went clubbin with ed kok kk and 2 of kk's friends on wed. refreshed my hatred for clubbin. i still prefer going to pub than club. (i didnt want to club at all)

wanted to check out the manbo night at zouk. met siwei at zouk first, but it was packed like orchard road on new year's eve. while waiting for ed & co. shannon msged me! omg!? it was shannon! she ask me whether im clubbin and told me that the crowd at mos was still okay. so we decided to go mos after ed & co. have arrived.

however, by the time we reach, river valley road already flooded with comfort, city, smrt, union, etc. the queue to main entrance almost reaching the other entrance behind. frustrated and pissed, and more frustrated and more pissed after goin in.

went to have my monthly dose of alcohol last night @ boatquay, bottoms up, with ce ep gh kenny and zl! bottoms up is a nice place to chill out! =) with my fav games and cute waitresses!! =)) i always thought that btms up is some kinda lousy pub like lighthouse because of the dim and deadly atmosphere that we can see from outside. now i finally understand that we cannot judge a pub by its facade!

oh ya, zl went home at around 2am because he's got a CURFEW. sadness =(. approximately 10mins after he's left and boarded a cab, he realised that he took gh's wallet by mistake. (say ur not drunk, i will believe.) luckily he was not on highway yet! hahaha!

went to celebrate our 6th brother gouhui's birthday at serangoon garden last sat. although the session was officially started only at 10pm. everythings went well and everyone was happy. but censored censored censored, and i went off at abt 1:30 with gordon and felix. gordon was drunk. DRUNK. lols. he would be the one sending me home most of the time. this is the first time for me to send him home, first time in 3yrs. luckily he was still able to walk(not very straight though). if not... u know why la.. = =||

just got home from suntec. went to 陳福記 with ep and cs to have dinner. the food and the atmosphere there not bad, can go again. but den.. must take care of the price.. haha!

okay. chalet was kinda... not boring. this is the first time that i stayed in a chalet from check in till check out. lol. due to the rain.


i think next time im going to organize a sit-down-together-and-barbeque-your-food event, rather than the minority doing all the bbq-ing. this is not what BBQ should be, right?
