went to SAFRA Jurong with my bunkmates after the division event at Jurong Camp this morning. first time enjoying the club facilities after holding the card for half a year! haha! their swimming is not very big but it definitely is fun to swim in!! there is this children's pool where there are various pails on top that pours water down periodically!!

after the swim and lunch, we went to the lan shop at the basement! and i played Left 4 Dead!!!! WEEE WEEEE~~!!

Left 4 Dead is so amazingly exciting!! LOL!! i played this awesome game of the year for the first time today and i got so involved in the game that i was shouting/screaming my ass off the whole of the campaign!! those cheapo zombies that rush out suddenly like diarrhea and those hunters and witches are just too exciting for me who havent played first person shooter games in quite awhile!! and of course, L4D is a game that must be played in a lan shop with a few friends!! that's what it takes to make the game so exciting!! haha!!

it have been 2 weeks since i came back home, due to the live firing that falls on a sunday. very hectic and tiring. had 1 games day, 2 field camp and 3 live firing in the past 2 weeks. only got back to camp at near mid-night the day before good friday. after that was cleaning of arms and preparation for the coming field camp. (yes, there is one more field camp tomorrow. the field camp which is gonna kill most of us.) basically we didnt get to sleep until we book out on good friday morning. everyone is so shag but what to do, this is army. T.T

oh ya, im flying off to thailand on the 23 of april. although the current situation in thailand isnt very pleasant but im not afraid. the only thing i worry about is the weather there. lol. hope that i can endure thru the coming field camp and then thailand. =)

i have just wasted one whole precious saturday sleeping. i slept for 24hrs in total and i have missed the dance competition which i promised someone that i will be there. worst hangover ever! =(



here are some updates on what i have been doing for the past 2 weeks.

ran a total distance of 43km+, longest distance ran was 10km
completed 32km route march
got gold for IPPT, finally =D
failed SOC 3 times

i feel that my knee is going to break very soon..

finally back from the camp. this is a very tiring week for me because i was appointed as the lps of my platoon. finally know how it feels being sandwiched. the top is pressing on you and the botton is not cooperating with you. being the lps allows me to see the platoon from a different angle of view. saw a few things that i can never see when im part of the platoon. sign one extra duty on this sunday, on behalf of the platoon. not worth it to take this shit for them. good experience being the lps though.

oh btw, I HAVE FOUND ACES!!!!! WeeWeeee~~!!! =D

i have graduated from basic section leader course on the 14th of feb aka valentines day. happy that i didnt fall out during the 28km graduation march.

got posted to charlie company to continue with advance section leader course. charlie company is a well-known xiong company in sispec. T.T

i always think that monkeys are cute until.....


last thursday i got raided at lower mandai by one section size of monkeys and lost my combat ration to them! those monkeys are damn fierce and they are not afraid of us! thanks to those people who are illiterate or just dont read the "do not feed animals" sign board and fed those bloody monkeys! make my life so miserable!

screwed up my Fitness Specialist (this is what they call PTI nowadays) selection. just because i cant swim well. but im glad that im not alone, lol. i have learned how to swim when i was 6 or 7 and i know that swimming is good but i didnt know that knowing how to swim the right way can be so important. *sighs*. guess that i should get myself mentally and physically prepared to become an infanchui specs. *double sighs*

im back from camp!! i got selected for PTI (physical training instructor) selection on coming monday!! =D PTI is one of the vocations that i wanted most!! damn happy!! but then, i have to pass the selection and interview first to go for PTI course and then pass the course to become a PTI.. hope i can pass the selection and interview!!

i am having fever again!! 38.0 now!! i wonder why my body gets heated up so easily!! sigh! well, maybe it is my fault la. i haven't fully recovered from the cold (which was like 3 weeks ago) and after i have booked out from camp i went out to celebrate xmas until 5am the next morning (i.e 24hrs of no rest + strenuous activities -_-). and i think its all the spray can gases that added on to my throat irritations. damn, its only the first week in SISPEC and im appointed as leader sect comm for the next 3days. how am i going to talk when i have no voice!

today is the posting day, and guess what? i got posted to SISPEC. some of u might know that i actually considered for quite some time and finally decided to sign on RSAF. but my application just didnt go thru. i was really really really sad the moment i saw the posting results at 10am this morning and emo-ed for hours until now and eventually come to a conclusion that life have to move on. so now im telling myself that i must be positive every single day in the coming 1yr and 9mths!

so people reading this post please help me by keeping me motivated in the event that i become emo again ok? =)

23rd of sep, the 10th day of my ns life.

a very memorable day for me, first time to report sick, first time to go to the medical centre, first time to see the legendary MO (medcical officer), first time to get attend C (i was given 3days mc), first time to book out, first time in many years to run a temperature at 38.6..




i hate myself for being so susceptible..
maybe i should just concentrate on ns and forget about u..
